Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund window on all NanoEdit paid subscription plans (Creator, Seller) and credit packs, except for accounts terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge.

NanoEdit subscriptions are recurring monthly plans that continue until canceled. Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. This policy is the controlling refund policy referenced by our Terms of Service and pricing page.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the subscription start date or credit pack purchase.
• For subscription renewals, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the renewal charge.
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
• Credit packs are refundable only if fewer than 20% of the purchased credits have been used.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@nanoedit.ai with:

1. The email address associated with your NanoEdit account
2. The order or transaction ID from your receipt
3. The reason for the refund request (optional, helps us improve)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add additional delay.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
